It was indeed a great interaction on the theme Relationship Capital - Developing, Capitalising & Maintaining in the #VUCA World with students including many colleagues from TCS who are pursuing higher education & other folks from HR fraternity moderated by Mr KS Bakshi, Head HR, Interglobe Enterprise where Jayati Roy and Rajiv Naithani were other co panelists.
I can't help but remember Col. PS Bajaj, ex Chairman DLP , IMT, Ghaziabad who instilled in us confidence and helped in building a strong foundation. It was also a time to remember what "Tiger" NV Tyagarajan said during an interface with employees who were pursuing MBA while working with GE way back in 2000 that your experience of 3 years in GE coupled with an MBA degree is going be a lethal combination and will give you a distinct edge!
