How this site handles your details

Last updated 30 October 2026. This policy applies to https://www.raajgupta.com.

What is collected

• Contact form: your name, email address, organisation if you give one, the topic you choose, and your message.
• Newsletter: the email address you submit.
• Admin sign-in: a session cookie used only to keep the site owner logged in. Public pages do not require an account.

The site does not ask for payment details. It does not sell personal information, and it does not use a third-party advertising tracker.

Why it is kept

Messages are stored so Raj Gupta can read them and reply. Newsletter addresses are stored so occasional essays can be sent to people who asked for them. You can leave that list at any time from the unsubscribe page.

Messages and addresses stay in the site database until they are deleted from the admin area, or until you unsubscribe. They are not used for any other list.

Who can see it

Contact messages and subscriber addresses are visible in the private admin area. If email notification is configured, a copy of a new message is also sent to the site owner. The hosting server that runs this site processes the data in order to store it.

Your choices

Use the contact form to ask for a copy or deletion of a message you sent, or to ask which address is on the newsletter list. Unsubscribing stops further mail to that address. It does not delete a message you already sent through the contact form.
